Ludus is seeking a creative and collaborative Graphic Designer to help bring the Ludus brand to life through impactful visuals, animations, and layouts that engage performing arts communities nationwide.

What you'll be doing
Graphics Production: Create compelling visuals for ads, social media assets, landing pages, PDFs, conference materials, checklists, eGuides, cover graphics, and more.
Animation & Interaction: Develop animations to elevate ads and web interactions using Jitter, Adobe After Effects, or GIF creation.
Webflow Updates: Manage basic web edits, including image swaps, layout adjustments, and building new landing pages.
Design Collaboration: Work within shared design libraries in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping and delivering pixel-perfect graphics.
Social & Digital Ad Graphics: Quickly produce engaging graphics optimized for platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Newsletter and eGuide Layout: Handle layout and graphic design for newsletters, blogs, and digital guides, ensuring engaging readability and visual appeal.

Visual Style Development: Learn and master the Ludus visual language while proactively proposing innovative design ideas to evolve our brand.
Experience we're looking for
(In no certain order)
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, ideally within a marketing team or creative agency environment.
Excellent animation skills using tools like Jitter or similar, to add motion to visuals
A strong sense of visual storytelling and a deep understanding of how design drives marketing and brand impact.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Working knowledge of Webflow for implementing design elements on the web.

Experience using Figma for collaborative design workflows and prototyping.
BONUS Qualifications:
Experience creating graphics and animations for social media ads (Meta, LinkedIn)
Basic skills in Adobe After Effects
Ability to create custom illustrations or iconography
Fundamental video editing skills (Descript, Premiere Pro)

Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000
Location: Hybrid - West MI
